Marcia is an independent senior consultant with over two decades of experience specialising in people‑centred change initiatives within large scale transformations across education, resources, rail, tourism and utilities. She brings deep expertise in change management, leadership capability, coaching and wellbeing.

​Marcia partners with a wide range of leaders facing constant workplace change, while operating within complex cultural and political landscapes with an array of people dynamics. She is committed to enabling leaders with the skills, capability and confidence to hold steady and remain vital, despite the systemic pressures of the orgnisational landscape.

Her work with leaders inspired her to deliver preventative, wellbeing education tools, including a lifestyle management app that strengthens self-mastery and responsivity as foundations for relational trust, and effective team performance.

Marcia’s approach is grounded in relationship management, building trust and coaching organisational change leaders to confidently step into their power to move mountains, without compromising themselves and their health.
