As Director of Align Consulting Group, Marcia Owen delivers strategic foresight and refreshing insights to call out what others may be tiptoeing around. She brings simplicity to complexity, cutting through the noise to deliver clarity and sensibility.
With over two decades of experience she supports transformative change across diverse sectors including resources, utilities, rail, tourism education, aged care and health.
Marcia is a qualified organisational and leadership coach, health and wellness coach, behavioural change practitioner, trainer, senior yoga teacher and currently completing a Masters in Social & Organisational Leadership.
She frequently partners with consulting teams and associates to support organisations and individuals to thrive.
